Bank of America Merrill Lynch hired Wells Fargo advisor Adam Gurien in Bedminster, N.J. Gurien had $283.3 million in AUM and $3.1 million in annual fees and commissions.

Morgan Stanley Smith Barney has hired a team of Wells Fargo Advisors in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif. Michael Parziale and Daniel Morilak oversaw $175 million in AUM, with $2.2 million in annual fees and commissions.

Raymond James & Associates hired three advisors in its new Hingham, Mass., branch. Gary McGovern and John Flaherty both join from Wells Fargo Advisors, while Frank McDonnell joins from RBC Wealth Management.

Robert W. Baird & Co. hired a new non-producing branch manager and six advisors who oversaw $920 million in AUM. Thomas J. Parkins joined as vice president and branch manager in Kansas City, Mo. The largest producing team joining Baird is Dominic Capuano and Timothy M. Butler. They join in Denver, from Charles Schwab & Co., where they oversaw $600 million in AUM and $5.5 million in annual fees and commissions.

UBS Wealth Management Americas hired three Bank of America Merrill Lynch advisors in Farmington Hills, Mich. Makram Talia, Robert Loupee and Michael Graziani oversaw $450 million in AUM and $2.85 million in annual fees and commissions.
