Wells Fargo expanded its ranks in Ohio with the addition of a former Edward Jones advisor to the employee channel.

Jeremy Baynes, an industry veteran with 11 years of experience, has joined as associate vice president – investments. He moved along with his client associate Cherie Harris.

“We are delighted to grow the Hudson office with the addition of a proven professional of Jeremy’s caliber,” Frank Albanese, managing director- market manager of Wells Fargo Advisor’s Northeast Ohio Market, said in a statement.

Baynes started his financial services career at Edward Jones in 2002 and joined Wells Fargo in March, according to registration records with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Wells Fargo did not disclose assets under management or specific revenue numbers for Baynes.
