Bank of America-owned investment management business U.S. Trust has continued its hiring spree with the addition of five new advisors to its southeast and eastern divisions.
The five new appointments come on the heels of five separate advisor appointments yesterday to U.S. Trust’s Illinois and Texas offices. The newest advisor appointments will work from the firm’s McLean, Va., New York and Boca Raton, Fla., offices.
U.S. Trust’s aggressive recruitment is part of its strategy to target ultra-high net worth clients nationally. U.S. Trust, an affiliate of Bank of America’s global wealth and investment management unit, provides private wealth management services.
Dwayne Brown, John P. Devine and Karin M. Gifuni have joined U.S. Trust’s McLean, Va., office. All three join U.S. Trust from Wells Fargo.
Brown will serve as senior vice president and private client manager.
Devine joins as senior vice president and private client consultant.
Gifuni now serves as senior vice president and private client advisor.
Frank S. Levin joins U.S. Trust’s New York office as senior vice president and private client advisor. Levin most recently served as a financial advisor at Bank of New York Mellon.
Joel H. Yudenfreund will work from U.S. Trust’s Boca Raton, Fla., office as senior vice president and private client advisor. Yudenfreund joins U.S. Trust from Citi Private Bank.
