As part of its effort to expand its wealth management capabilities, U.S. Trust hired three senior executives in the Northeast and Midwest.

The unit of Bank of America Private Wealth Management said Wednesday that it hired Greg Khost as a managing director and regional executive in Florham Park, N.J., Donald R. Quattrucci, as a managing director and market investment executive in Rhode Island, and Nancy E. Anderson, as a senior vice president and private client advisor in Minneapolis.

The additions are part of U.S. Trust’s ongoing, client-focused initiative designed to meet the unique needs of high net worth clients in key markets nationally.

“For more than a year, U.S. Trust has been in a highly successful campaign to recruit some of the most talented senior professionals in the wealth management industry. The hiring of experienced executives such as Greg Khost, Don Quattrucci and Nancy Anderson is the result of this campaign,” said Keith Banks, president of U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. “They, and the other executives, advisors and experts we have brought on board, have strengthened our ability to serve clients in leading markets across the nation, and are helping clients to meet complex financial challenges and grow and structure their wealth for future generations.
Khost, a 20-year industry veteran, was promoted from managing director and sales performance executive for U.S. Trust’s Northeast Division, a role he was appointed to in July 2010.

Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Khost served as founding partner and director of national accounts for New York-based Central Park Group, LLC, where he marketed alternative investment funds to broker-dealers, registered investment advisory firms, independent advisors and multi-family offices.

Quattrucci comes to U.S. Trust from BNY Mellon’s Private Wealth Management group, where he served as Rhode Island regional president, managing all portfolio management and new business development activities within the region. He joined BNY Mellon in 1997 from The Boston Company’s Capital Markets Group.

Anderson brings 25 years of experience in delivering customized and sophisticated financial, tax, trust and investment planning solutions to wealthy clients and their families for the management of their wealth, and the implementation of their financial and philanthropic goals.

Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Anderson held senior leadership positions at U.S. Bank Private Client Reserve, Citigroup Global Wealth Management and Merrill Lynch Trust Company, working closely with wealthy families and their financial advisors and delivering sophisticated and customized wealth management solutions to their unique wealth challenges.
