UBS Wealth Management Americas has hired three Bank of America Merrill Lynch financial advisors in Farmington Hills, Mich. who previously oversaw $450 million in client assets.
Makram Talia, Robert Loupee and Michael Graziani have been registered with UBS since Aug. 26, according to registration records with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Together, they previously had $2.85 million in annual fees and commissions. They report to Farmington Hills, Mich. Complex Director John Bush.
Talia and Loupee both previously served at Merrill Lynch for 33 years. For part of that time, Loupee served as a complex director in Merrill Lynch’s Auburn Hills, Mich., complex before returning to his role as a financial advisor.
Graziani has served at Merrill Lynch for his entire 16-year career, including 14 years on the same team as Loupee.
The three advisors bring UBS Wealth Management Americas’ total new hires this week to eight, the firm said, also in Bloomington, Ind., Denver, Fort Worth, Texas, and New York. Those hires previously worked with a total of $994 million in client assets and had about $7 million in annual fees and commissions.
