The migration of advisors continued this week, as RBC Wealth Management hired two UBS advisors in Portland, Ore.

Charles Putney and William McCrae have been recruited to RBC as financial consultants, according to Richard Sorenson, a complex director.

Putney and McCrae have assets under management of more than $500 million and generated more than $1.4 million in annual fees and commissions at UBS, according to an RBC spokeswoman. Putney has been working in the industry for nearly 40 years, while McCrae has nearly 30 years experience.

Sorenson said in a statement, “Their commitment to serving the individual needs of their clients, as well as their commitment to the community is [a] great benefit to the firm.”

The veteran advisors will team up with Kelly Hale and Chuck Gall at RBC and will be responsible for building portfolios for high-net-worth clients at the company.
