Raymond James & Associates has hired three financial advisors from Wells Fargo Advisors and RBC Wealth Management to work in its new Hingham, Mass., branch.
Gary McGovern, John Flaherty and Frank McDonnell have been registered with Raymond James since Aug. 12, according to registration records with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. All three now serve as senior vice presidents of investments at Raymond James, and share previous experience at A.G. Edwards.
McGovern most recently served as first vice president and assistant branch manager for three years at Wells Fargo Advisors in Norwell, Mass., where he oversaw $129 million in client assets and had almost $750,000 in annual fees and commissions. Before that, McGovern spent 21 years at A.G. Edwards.
Flaherty also comes from Wells Fargo, where he most recently managed $67 million in client assets and generated more than $750,000 in annual production. Prior to that, he also worked at A.G. Edwards for about 22 years, FINRA records show.
McDonnell joins Raymond James from RBC Wealth Management, where he has served since 2006 in Norwell, Mass. He most recently oversaw $85 million in client assets and had almost $700,000 in annual fees and commissions. Before that, McDonnell served at A.G. Edwards since 1994.
Making the move from Wells Fargo with McGovern and Flaherty are registered client service associates Marilyn Drobiarz and Wendy Solari. Drobiarz and Solari previously worked with all three advisors at A.G. Edwards.
