Merrill Lynch Wealth Management kicked off the summer by bringing on four new advisors with $434 million in assets and over $4.3 million in production
The four, who hail from Morgan Stanley, join in Mount Kisco, New York, and Washington, D.C.
The advisory team of Mary Tompkins, Addison Sherman and Angelo Mamone joined the Mount Kisco office on July 3. All were legacy Smith Barney advisors, according to public records with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Tompkins previously managed $110.5 million in assets and generated $950,049 in fees and commissions. She had been with Citigroup since the start of her career in 1999, according to FINRA records.
A 23-year industry veteran, Sherman produced $1.8 million from $171 million in assets. He began his career in 1990 and spent time at Lehman Brothers before joining Citigroup in 1993, according to FINRA.
Mamone began his career in 2008 at Citigroup and previously managed $42.6 million in assets.
Abbenante joins in Washington D.C. He started his career in 2003 at Morgan Stanley before moving to Citigroup in 2004, according to FINRA records. At Morgan Stanley, he managed $110 million and brought in $1.1 million in revenue.
