Janney has hired Neil McCauley from Wells Fargo with $98 million in assets under management.

McCauley, a 30-year industry veteran, joins Janney in Lancaster as senior vice president of Wealth Management, and will be joined by W. Robert Poff and Cindy Bomberger to form the McCauley Group of Janney Montgomery Scott.

“Janney’s Lancaster office has become a destination of choice for high-caliber financial advisors such as Neil and Rob.  Their approach to providing service to clients and putting clients first fits the firm’s philosophy, making them a valued addition to our team,” says Kevin Bradley, branch manager of Janney in Lancaster.  “The hiring of the McCauley Group will help us to continue growth within our existing market in Central Pennsylvania.”

Prior to Wells Fargo, McCauley worked with Wachovia from 2006 until 2009, and before that he worked with Legg Mason for 22 years.

Janney currently has 735 financial advisors managing over $58 billion in client AUM.
