A former J.P. Morgan vice president joined Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management.
Susan Moffat joined Deutsches Los Angeles office to work with ultrahigh-net-worth clients on the West Coast. A spokeswoman declined to release Moffats earlier production and assets under management figures.
Before taking on her new role, Moffat spent four years at J.P. Morgan working with high-net-worth individuals. She also worked for J.P. Morgans investment bank and Lehman Brothers.
We are excited to have Susan on our team, as she brings extensive experience and exceptional relationships to our expanding West Coast platform, said Chip Packard, co-head of Wealth Management in the Americas, in a release statement. We are committed to broadening our reach and delivering our unique wealth management platform in the region.
In November, advisor Kevin Laurie left Barclays and joined Deutsche as a director and client advisor in the firm's private client services office in New York. Over the past year, Deutsche also has made several key hires on the West Coast, including Lee Hutter, who was appointed in September to head the U.S. western region.
