Citi Private Bank has added five new investment professionals from Wilmington Trust as it aims to strengthen its Philadelphia-area services.

The new hires will focus on ultra high net worth clients, foundations, endowments and privately-held business owners. They will be based in Citi’s Philadelphia office and serve clients from across Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Barbara McCollum and Robert Rosenberg will each serve as managing director and private banker. McCollum most recently served as the Delaware mid-Atlantic wealth advisory market leader at Wilmington Trust, where she was employed for more than 30 years. Rosenberg most recently served as head of sales for the mid-Atlantic region, and has served almost 13 years at Wilmington Trust.

Timothy B. Carroll joins as director and wealth planner. He most recently served as a senior investment officer at Wilmington Trust Wealth Advisory Services after joining the firm in 2010. Before that, he was a senior wealth planner at PNC Wealth Management in Delaware.

Paul T. Gordon serves as director and investment counselor. He previously served as senior investment advisor and vice president at Wilmington Trust, which he first joined in 2008. Before that, Gordon served as investment strategist and portfolio manager at Wachovia Bank.

Jennifer Phillips joins as banker associate. She also comes from Wilmington Trust, which she joined in 2006.
