Bank of America Merrill Lynch has hired four financial advisors from Wells Fargo Advisors and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
In Mill Valley, Calif., James Watts joins from Wells Fargo, where he previously oversaw $216 million in client assets and had $1.51 million in annual fees and commissions.
Watts has been registered with Merrill Lynch since Sept. 21, according to his public registration records with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Watts was previously registered with Wells Fargo from October 1997.
In Casper, Wyo., Scott Brownell and Neal Burgess join from Wells Fargo, where they had $173.98 million in client assets under management and $1.4 million in annual fees and commissions.
Brownell and Burgess have both been registered with Merrill Lynch since Sept. 22, FINRA records show. Brownell was previously with Wells Fargo from January 2006. Burgess joined Wells Fargo in June 2001, and was employed before that at PrimeVest Financial Services Inc. from January 2000.
In Hartford, Conn., Michael Cirullo joins from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Cirullo previously oversaw $143.55 million in client assets and had $1.07 million in annual fees and commissions.
Cirullo has been registered with Merrill Lynch since Sept. 23, according to FINRA records. He had been with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney since June 2009, and Citigroup Global Markets from April 1990.
