Terri is the business delivery executive and lead of the center of excellence in marketing for Nationwide’s Customer Experience Communications Program. The program was established in 2010 to strengthen the more than 120 million communications sent to customers annually. Terri and her team’s current responsibilities include: rewriting communications so they’re simpler and easier to understand, developing and maintaining voice and design guidelines and establishing and owning an end-to-end Governance process for adding and reviewing all customer communications. Terri has 16 years of consumer, insurance, financial, health care and retail marketing experience. Prior to her current role, she led marketing communications efforts for Nationwide’s health and productivity business. Prior to joining Nationwide, Terri was employed by three leading New York City marketing communications firms and was responsible for overseeing campaigns for Procter & Gamble, Bath & Body Works, David’s Bridal, Kmart, Target.com, Johnson & Johnson and Ortho-McNeil Women’s Health. Terri holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Marietta College.
